Bring a question, a baseline, or a test environment.

Research conversations can start with a question that needs complementary perspectives and a baseline against which the reasoning can be evaluated. Infrastructure conversations can start with an isolated environment, permitted models, and a bounded failure test. The development-status page states the evidence boundary; the qualification proposal describes the larger test.
